At JTM Auto 4x4 Parts & Accessories, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Items
Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
